I am often saddened by the fact that I see so many people who would live such full lives but can't, and I can but don't know how. I think med school may be getting to me more than I'd care to admit.

As-Suyuti has reported that al­Harith ibn Kalda stated that, "imposing abstinence from food" was the essence of medicine. Fasting, in medical terms, may mean a variety of things. Some health care practitioners might recommend juice fasting. This type of fast eliminates all solid foods and the person consumes only fruit and vegetable juices. Others might recommend elimination of all foods except fruits and water for a specified time. Some might even recommend eliminating all foods and drinks for specific periods. The reported purpose for these forms of fasting is to cleanse toxins and poisons from the body and the digestive tract. *Drumrolls* *CHING!!!* Its five thirty-five in the morning... And I'm here to blog... Possibility A: I just rubbed my eyes in disbelief that I actually wake up in this hour... Possibility B: My head hasn't tousch the pillow yet for the whole night... Alright... haha... There's not much to guess also... If you know me well enough, you'll find the answer DUH!!! So last night, I headed to meet the company peeps for a little mahjong session at YY's place... 11pm, I found my way to the POTATO-BLOCK (inside joke)... Been sometime since I last saw them... =) We had a little problem for the start... First, we realized there's a full set of tiles missing... And so... We have a heroine going all out in search of the lost tiles... *Clapclap* for the great effort Ms DO-WHAT-IT-TAKES... (Thanx for contributing to the PICTURE-FOR-THE-NIGHT) No... Egg... Alveg heill hellingur sem hefur gerst uppá síðkastið. Ætla að þylja upp helstu atburði síðustu mánaða.. -útskrifaðist sem stúdent úr Flensborgarskólanum. -fór í ruglið en svo aftur heim. -var boðin ótrúleg vinna beint eftir skólan á auglýsingastofu. (www.augasteinar.is) -fór til Ceuta (N-Afríka) í tvær vikur í trúboð o.fl. -er kominn með upptökugræjur til að taka upp yndislega tónlist. -er ánægður með lífið! -bæði litlu systkynin mín farin eða að fara til USA í biblíuskóla. -Lea ófrísk :P -...og margt fleira sem er ekki frásögu færandi. klukkan er 5:23 og ég er andvaka. það var laugardagur en núna er að byrja sunnudagur. Haustir fer brátt að skella á og leiðindarveður í kjölfarið. Ég vona af öllu hjarta að sólin haldist lengur framí haustið heldur en hún hefur verið að gera síðustu ár. Kuldi er ekki minn vinur.. nema þegar það kemur að kóki. Ég tilheyri hita. Enda nokkuð heitur gaur.. að eðlisfari þ.e.
